The seams leave grooves in your face and neck and the snap only works for people with extremely small necks. I have a 16 neck, which is within normal range and it chokes me if I try to snap it closed. Try another travel pillow.

I got this neck/head rest when I was very ill and had to sleep and rest in a recliner.
It took the pressure off the back of my head and allowed a more comfortable angle to breathe. Great product. Thank you

MS produced this cute mouse that apparently sounds great. It is lots of functions as it describes in the advertisement in amazon. I specially choose to because of laser pointer and blue toot connection (without carrying a dongle). Except the nasty installation problem (they should sell it with updated cd or web link), everything work.

Cons: not ergonomic, you fee pain in palm after some hours of continuous use (because it is heavy and smaller than standard mouse). too many buttons positioned at the bottom, not user friendly to use remote control or laser pointer. MS has to work out this designing problem in addition to function.

We bought two of these for an international trip and one had a tear in it right out of the box, so could never inflate it. While the other one stayed inflated, the fabric is scratchy, so it was very uncomfortable to use.
will not hold air after 1 use.

I guess these are meant to be disposable because it will not stay inflated after using it on a single flight- could not even use it roundtrip...
