My $2500 RS medical unit broke, AGAIN I should say, so I was very skeptical to buy a cheaper unit after having the expensive one for years.
I now know- the expensive TENDS Units are a total rip off. This small more portable unit actually works better and has more settings then the over prices RS MEdical Unit that broke twice since I got it, and I didn't even use it that much because it was so big and bulky. I love the fact I can clip this one on my pants and go about my business like it isn't even there. NO WAY could I have done that with the heavy too large RS medical unit. And I am sure they would have ripped me off on the repair costs too, so that one is going to the recycle bin at the dump.
The only downside to this unit is it isn't rechargeable like the RS Medical unit, but the upside to that is if the battery gets low, you can stick in a new one as opposed to waiting and waiting for the unit to recharge so you can use it again. SO even though I'll have to buy batteries now, the benefit works itself out, I'll just get some rechargeable 9 volt batteries or make sure I have new ones on hand. That way no worries about it going dead when I need it like what used to happen with the RS MEdical Unit, another reason I never used that one. So far I am very happy with this unit and I have severe neck pain and shoulder pain daily.
This one has multiple settings too for accomplishing different things.

I purchased an Electric Muscle Stimulator and TENS Unit Physical Therapy System from LGMedSupply2. My order was shipped promptly and arrived in a timely fashion.
